Create records manually or from scan suggestions, then enrich them with the details that actually matter.
Set up to 10 advance reminder days plus a final same-day alert. Auto-renewing items can also use a last-chance cancellation warning, while snoozing creates a later nudge without silently changing the underlying expiry date. On iPhone and iPad the final alert is Time Sensitive and follows your local time when you travel; Android still delivers a reminder missed while the phone was off, as long as it is the most timely one.
Lifecycle actions update the item and keep an editable history of the previous and resulting state, date, amount and note when relevant. Subscriptions that renew automatically move to their next cycle on their own and record “Renewed automatically”, and related dates such as a cancel-by deadline move with them.
Use compatible device-owner authentication to protect access. When App Lock is enabled, app-owned Next Due widgets suppress tracked-item details, reminders use private wording without item names and notification actions cannot change records without authentication; photos and supporting files remain in private app storage unless you explicitly export/share them, include them in an applicable system backup, or use encrypted cloud backup.
Use portable JSON v3 for the normal cross-platform transfer path between current iOS and Android builds, including supported photos and attachments, plus spreadsheet-friendly CSV summaries. Android also offers a platform-specific complete ZIP backup, while iOS automatically falls back to a platform-specific .epbackup container when a valid library cannot fit the portable JSON envelope. CSV exports include archived items and open cleanly in spreadsheet apps. Premium can additionally create encrypted cloud backups directly in your private iCloud storage or the app's hidden Google Drive storage, kept per device so a new phone does not push out another device's latest backup.
See every tracked date on a month calendar with urgency markers, sort the Library by due date, name or recent changes, and mark done, move to a category or assign to a profile in one go. Deleted something by mistake? Tap Undo.
